I don't want it with the throttle, can you remove it before shipping?
We will give you a handlebar without a throttle in the package. If you don’t need a throttle, you can replace the handlebar with a throttle with a handlebar without a throttle. How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?
We have after-sales centers in Europe, PVY 1-Year Warranty Accessory: Structural component-fork, seatpost, handlebar, stem, brake lever, brakes, sprocket, crankset, and thumb shifter, Electronic component- charger, controller, display, booster, shifter handle, motor, and shifter. (if a product problem occurs within the above warranty period, it will be exchanged for a new one free of charge if it cannot be repaired.) For the Frame 10-year warranty applies.
Does it need to be assembled after receiving the bike?
Our ebikes are brand new and come in a folding state for easy shipping. And with an assembly finish of 85%, you can easily put it all together. Once unboxed, simply install the pedals and adjust the handlebar angle to fit your height and riding style. It's a quick and hassle-free process, allowing you to hit the road in no time.

purchased two PVY Z20 Plus e-bikes for my wife and myself, while my daughter went with the Z20 PRO EVO, and so far we’ve been really happy with all three bikes. The Z20 Plus is definitely on the heavier side, especially compared with a traditional bicycle, but that’s something you quickly get used to with a fat-tire folding e-bike. We even mounted a small trailer on the back so we can take our dogs with us on our rides, which has made these bikes even more useful for our family.
The Z20 Plus is perfect for everyday use, whether we’re riding around town, running errands, or simply going out for a family ride. The build quality is very good for the price, and the bike feels solid and capable.
There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding all the display settings and adjustments, but once you figure everything out, it’s pretty straightforward and works well. One thing I would mention is that younger kids may be better suited to a lighter, non-fat-tire e-bike because of the extra weight.
Overall, I really can’t complain. For the price, quality, versatility, and fun factor, I would definitely recommend the PVY Z20 Plus to anyone looking for a fat-tire folding e-bike.

J'ai reçu les deux vélos avant l'estimation des délais indiqué a la commande, un emballage sécurisant, le montage est très simple. J'ai pu partir en vacances avec, les utiliser avec mon épouse tous les jours, pas de problème particulier, ils sont confortables, concernant l'autonomie indiquée, pour une personne de 65 kg, on peut s'appuyer sur une autonomie de 100 kms, me concernant, étant en surpoids + de 100 kg, je peux faire 60 kms, ce qui me convient. Utilisation en régions dénivelée d'environs 400 m. Je suis pleinement satisfait.

Also nachdem ich mir dutzende Videos angeschaut habe und ich mich entschlossen habe diese R?der zu kaufen muss ich sagen der absolute Hammer wir haben sie getestet und die fahren super meine Frau ist auch mehr als begeistert das einzig ?rgerliche ist tats?chlich das die R?der ohne klappbare pedale geliefert werden und eine Tasche w?re sehr gut gewesen bzw einen Korb f��r vorne ansonsten k?nnen wir das Z20Plus sehr empfehlen im Gel?nde ist es bis jetzt auch ohne Probleme durch gekommen
Alles in Allem bin ich sehr gl��cklich mit den PVY Z20Plus 1000. Es ist ein tolles Fahrrad. Sehr stabil und gut durchdacht. Es sind nur 2 Sachen, die ich verbessern w��rde:
a) Klappbare Pedale w?ren sehr sch?n beim Fahrrad. Ich habe mir natr?glich welche gekauft und das Fahrrad ist noch besser zu verstauen/aufzubewahren
b) leider muss die Shimano Gangschaltung vollkommen neu justiert werden. Der erste Gang ist nicht anw?hlbar und die anderen G?nge werden nicht richtig geschaltet. Daf��r muss ich nun leider mit meinem total neuen Fahrrad in ein Fachwerkstatt.
Bij de bestelling was aangegeven dat de levertijd einde April zou zijn, dit werd uiteindelijk begin Mei maar ze waren nog ruim op tijd voor onze roadtrip naar Frankrijk. Waarvoor dank aan het support team dat mij verzekerde dat ze op tijd geleverd zouden worden. Na het monteren zag alles er goed uit, we hebben de fietsen meteen geprobeerd en na het aanpassen van enkele instellingen bevielen ze ons uitstekend. Op internetfora las ik dat er wat kwaliteits issues konden zijn, ik heb de fietsen toen volledig nagekeken en alle bouten gecontroleerd. Het enige dat ik kon vinden is dat de remklauwen niet perfect uitgelijnd waren met de remschijven. Deze heb ik dan afgesteld, dat was ook het enige wat niet helemaal in orde was. Tijdens onze vakantie hebben we op enkele weken ongeveer een 250km gefietst. En dat beviel enorm goed! Het hoge koppel is geweldig om moeiteloos een steile klim te maken. We fietsten veel op zandwegen en gravelwegen, de dikke banden en de vering maken dat je dit nauwelijks voelt. Bij onze vorige fietsen kwamen al die trillingen pijnlijk door. En dan het uiterlijk van de fietsen, overal waar we stopten trokken ze veel aandacht, en iedereen vond het geweldige fietsen. Zelfs in die mate dat er vanuit auto's geclaxoneerd en geroepen werd over die fietsen. Ik kan eigenlijk alleen maar positieve zaken vertellen over de fietsen. Ik heb op internet wel wat klachten van andere kopers gelezen, vooral over het afhandelen van defecten onder garantie. Zelf heb ik tot nu geen opmerkingen. Maar het is misschien wel een aandachtspunt om hier iets aan te doen zodat de klant tevredenheid er wel bij vaart.
