What a great eBike, neatly delivered, quick and easy to assemble from the box and a pleasure to ride. Bike is solidly put together and seems to be of good quality. So far no regrets about this purchase.

The bike is a lot of fun. I live in the Black Forest, a low mountain range in Germany, and I've been able to climb every mountain so far. Perfect for almost any terrain. The powerful motor and the thick tires are audible, but that doesn't bother me.

However, there are also things I don't like.

The handlebar grips are too small and too hard for me. I replaced them for a small amount of money.

The battery has too much play and makes a noise. No big deal, it can be fixed.

A bigger problem are the brakes. They brake well, but make a grinding noise when cornering, and I haven't been able to solve the problem yet. Perhaps it's an adjustment issue. I would like better instructions for this. The videos from the PVY Help Center were no help with this problem or i am too stupid for this.
I have also replaced the brake pads. I prefere resin pads.

The fork makes another noise.

This noise is certainly due to the price. I would have preferred to pay a little more for better components, especially for the fork and brakes. The Shimano drivetrain is also low-budget, but it works excellently and is perfectly adequate for me.
Despite all this, I can give the bike and the customer service 5 stars so far. Of course, you can only truly evaluate everything after some time. I've ridden about 250 km so far.
I'm sure PVY is striving to improve, and I would be happy to see new models or updated models. Perhaps it would also be feasible and sensible to offer a low-budget and a premium model.

Gran bicicleta, materiales de alta calidad, mucha potencia, un placer conducirla, relación calidad/precio Excelente, después de 1000km solo puedo decir maravillas, es una todoterreno de primera, solo una apreciación, la bici pesa 30 kilos, y aunque se dobla, no es fácil de manejar o transportar, yo solola doblo para meterla en el maletero y sacarla, no me lo plantearía para escaleras etc.

Thanx for the fast shipping, the more or less acuurate boxing and for the super bike!!! I can more than 70 kms ride with it with one charge. Its speed is max 31 km/h. Perfect for taking it with a campervan!

My long-awaited bike arrived about 2 weeks ago.
It was very well packaged. I had no trouble putting it together. It's a very sturdy bike, more than I expected. It's quite large and very stable. I have a Renault Megane. To put it in the boot of my car, even when folded, I have to lower the back seats, because my boot isn't big enough. But I'm very happy with the choice I made! I can't say much about its performance yet, because I've only ridden it 50 km. It only did a few km on the first charge, but I think that's normal. I'm anxious to see how it will respond on future charges. My intention is to start using my car less and use my bike and the train as an alternative. I hope I do well! I'll still have to ride the bike about 40 km a day! God help me! hehehehe

A great bike that is easy to use and can be easily folded and taken with the train or with the car.
Very fast and durable, it works in all weather conditions and on all terrains, on rocks, dirt, grass and roads.
It is very Steady on the road even if it is wet.
I haven't tried it on snow yet, but so far it's been very good. It lives up to expectations.
The shipping service was fast and it arrived well packaged and secure and arrived without any problems.
Seat height and handlebar height can be controlled.
I only have one comment on the seat, it makes a noticeable noise, other than that everything deserves ten stars

I moved to the country side and it was time to get my first e-bike. It took me a long time to google and watch reviews to figure what suited me best.
The LOOK, like Son Gohan bike was re-designed for Ghost in the Shell, the performances and the comfort won me over. I have been riding the Z20 PLUS 1000 every day since I received it. Easy to assemble, easy to set up and so far, quite reliable. What keeps my obsession alive with it, while the base is hard to beat for this price range, is also that it is quite upgradable, another big fun factor. With all due respect, it really is the Mate X killer, in my humble opinion. One thing to mention if that's also your first e-bike: It takes a bit to get used to the cadence sensor. The bike is also bigger than I expected so don't try to us it as a step thru. But man this bike flies!

Hey there, new cyclist here.

I recently purchased the PVY Z20 Plus for my trips to and from work. I have around 25 km each way across the Danish country side, and this has been an unbelievably positive change in my daily commute. I am extremely pleased with my bike. There were concerns about the legality of this particular bike in Denmark, but after thorough research, I am fairly confident that no laws are being broken. The PVY Z20 Plus can be purchased completely legally here because it is EU and CE approved. A bike that can be unlocked to drive faster than 25 km/h, can only be driven by someone with a scooter license or a normal driver's license if you are over 18. You are also required by law to have liability insurance and a helmet. That's it.

First off, it is a bit on the large side for a small person like me - 172cm - and after a few days of riding, I can feel the stretch in my arms and legs, even with the saddle as low as it can be without it rotating in the chassis. I can get used to this though, without any bodily strain. The overall weight of the bike in terms of carrying it, is also above average for me. But the ergonomic grip on the chassis, in front of the saddle, makes for a great and well balanced carrying point. Out of the box, it was easy to assemble, although I did miss a detailed description of this in the manual, just as to be certain no mistakes were made. The optional throttle is also really easy to install, as well as the excellent smart phone holder. (After a few days of riding I even found a USB port on the on board computer display for charging your phone. Fancy!) I did find the handle bars quite hard to fasten tight enough and there is still a tiny bit of rotational veil after locking in the height of them. I really like the folding mechanisms for the handle bar and the chassis. The battery is also easy to remove after folding it.

The riding experience is amazing. Great fat tires for all terrain biking. The front fork suspension is adjustable (can also be locked). No need to worry about high sidewalks edges or anything like that - this bike just eats right through it all. After studying how the electric motor gears work, it can certainly take you places in jiffy. I have reached a top-speed of 51.3 km/h. This was of course down hill on a well asphalted road, way out in the country side with no traffic, with good visibility, no animals or people around, a good helmet and ful control of the bike. What a rush! I feel like I should fiddle around in the sensitivity setting for the motor assist, because I almost feel like it doesn't require any physical energy to get up to speed. Not that this is a negative thing, but it's a bit of a waste of the 7 manual gears to just sit at number 7 all day, since the motor helps you so much, that you never need to go lower. I look forward to getting to know the balance of this better.

As far as signalling goes, I was excited about having indicator lights, but since you can't see them in your display or hear them blinking, it can be hard to be sure if they are on or off, especially if you are wearing gloves and can't feel if the switch is properly pressed. Perhaps a sideways toggle switch would be a better solution here.

Since I often work evenings, I have had quite a few rides through the night. I never thought I would enjoy insulating myself with ski-underwear and wearing 5 layers of clothing, biking in the coldness of the Danish month of March - where Winter hasn't quite let go of us yet - in -2 degrees celsius, with a starry sky and a full moon above. It can really be beautiful. The headlight is super strong, so you can easily see far ahead of you, even where there are no streetlights. I have been able to ride comfortably in a steady 30-40 km/h speed avoiding obstacles and wildlife easily.

The battery life is really impressive. My 26 km on the coldest evenings, through countryside terrain has only taken around 30-35% of the battery life. I have yet to determine how fast the battery charges, but so far I have no worries about this at all.
Now my only worry is making sure no one steals this beast while parking in downtown Copenhagen. I have an Abus Bordo folding bike lock, which is virtually invincible. I have used this to lock it to a metal fence. I was still concerned about thieves with the proper equipment and willpower to steal it regardless of these safety measurements. Tonight I will try and fold it up completely, and lock it through both tires against the same metal fence.

Overall one of the best purchases I have ever made for myself!
